Hi there! I’m Julia Everson, the proud owner and founder of Touch Massage & Reiki, LLC. My path to the healing arts has been a deeply personal and transformative journey, one that I’m honored to share with others.
Personal Journey & Healing Path
Growing up, I faced physical and psychological abuse, which left lasting scars on my mind and body. Seeking answers, I turned to self-help books and tried to find a path to healing. As I grew older, those wounds manifested in unhealthy behaviors, leading me to struggle with eating disorders and substance abuse. Although traditional therapy and pharmaceuticals provided some relief, I felt there was something deeper I needed—something that could truly heal me at my core.
In 2011, everything changed when I was introduced to energy healing by Marcus Antonio Brooks. This was the turning point I had been searching for. Through years of somatic bodywork, neurological therapy, and Reiki healing, I was able to reconnect with myself, release the pain of my past, and, for the first time, say with confidence: "I am healed."
This profound transformation sparked a passion within me to help others who, like me, feel trapped by their pain and are searching for a way out. In 2019, I founded Touch Massage & Reiki, LLC to offer a space where others can experience the healing that changed my life.
Specialties & Healing Modalities
I offer a variety of healing modalities designed to address pain on both the physical and energetic levels. In my work, I focus on healing at the root, integrating techniques like Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, and Table-Tai Massage. Using bio-feedback techniques and intuition, I identify imbalances and create a personalized healing blueprint for each client.
In 2019, I developed my signature Massage & Reiki Combination treatment, combining physical bodywork with energy healing to offer holistic relief. This unique approach bridges the physical and energetic realms, helping clients achieve deeper healing and lasting relief.
In 2023, I expanded my expertise by becoming a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner under the mentorship of Barbara Spaulding. I am also currently pursuing a Holistic Life Coaching & Mind-Body Practitioner Certification through the Mind Body Food Institute.
